From 2012 to 2013, We had used split plot design experiment in mianzhu city of sichuan province, two factors respectively implemented of seedbed soil moisture management+bed cover thickness, water management+Nitrogen application in seedling stage of seedling bed, the types of boards+varieties, density of machine planting+varieties, fertilizer proportion+varieties in 5 field trials, a survey of different management way seedlings cultivation and planting on seedling growth, yield and yield components. The main results show that:(1) Tillering, seedling quality, machine on quality, yield, tube under dry raising seedlings way were significantly better than water drought way. Under dry raising way, the rice yield performance for the bed soil cover kinds of thickness and the increase of n application in seedling stage to increase after decreases, nurtures the dry tube mode in water, rice yield performance for the cover thickness and seedling bed soil n application rate of increase and decrease. Using dry rice-nursery mode seedlings, bed cover soil depth of 0.9 cm, seedling n application rate of 24 g/m2 advisable; Way tube seedlings under water and in drought, soil bed cover depth of 0.5 cm, seedling n application rate of 12 g/m2 is advisable.(2) Dry raising way tube seedlings treatment than water drought treatment group high starting point, turning-green early, tillering speed, high seedling peak, slow down.
