Research On The Development Status And Technical Countermeasures Transplanting Rice In Northern Jiangsu Area

In recent years,machine planting rice planting mechanization got rapid development.As present,about organic put rice Northern Jiangsu area of 100 hector,especially in Jiangsu State Farms,Rice transplanting rate reached more than 95%,far higher than the provincial average.While the basic technology of machine put rice system has formed,including the core technology can be common,but conditions vary greatly throughout,such as soil,temperature,light,variety,stubble,which requires general technology "localization".To solve these problems,proposed by collecting the main machine in Northern Jiangsu area rice planting area of production data and analysis to find suitable for cultivation in the region factor combination,it is concluded that high yield cultivation technique measures to increase farmers’ income.In Northern Jiangsu area,machine transplanting rice had obvious advantages,the promotion area is increasing year by year.Machine transplanting in 2012 the total area increased to 10481000 mu(667m2),the province accounted for 52.2%of the area of machine transplanting rice;government efforts to increase support,the new rice transplanter is increasing year by year from 2004 to 2012,an increase of nearly 10 times;machine transplanting rice technology is gradually mature,steady growth in output,than the traditional artificial planting transplanting rice yield by 5-10%.The challenge is:in the Northern Jiangsu area,is the new rice transplanter,is still in the initial stage of the promotion,development in various regions is not balanced;the agricultural labor force structure contradiction,scale development is insufficient;highlights the weak infrastructure,agricultural machinery and agronomy matching degree is not high,can not give full play to the machine transplanting rice yield potential;due to the implementation of key technology of machine transplanting rice is not in place,transplanting growth period of agricultural consumption is too large,the yield is not high,facing the challenge of increasing live;factors affecting the market price fluctuations,enhances the coupling,affected by external factors and the impact of transmission is more and more obvious.In North Jiangsu machine transplanting rice,there are still some problems,such as:1,the wheat stubble,Teng variables seedling age inappropriate,cause adverse effect on the yield of machine transplanted rice.2,the current Northern Jiangsu area of rice planting using the main varieties of mmmj and late maturity japonica type varieties,although a lot of variety,but most of the growth characteristics of varieties of real promotion can not meet the demand of machine transplanting cultivation of high yield.3,ordinary bed soil quantity is small and does not have the complete soil structure,water buffer capacity is small.Seedling raising matrix model has high cost has not been popularized in a large scale problems.4,the production of large area,blindly increase the seed quantity and seedling tray seeding quantity,cause the seedling seedling rate low,irregular field emergence,seedling rate low,affecting the normal tiller and panicle,yield reduction.5,busy when the lack of labor and machinery,and planting time encounter bad weather and other reasons,often leads to delayed sowing late planting,the rice yield reduction,planting benefit reduction.6,rice planting density generally inadequate,resulting in the tillers decreased,the effective panicle deficiency,affecting the yield to further.7,fertilizer management is not in place.General lack of organic fertilizer,fertilization and nitrogen management structure is not reasonable,put to put in place field technology,straw rice fertilizer technology lag problems.8,meteorological effect is prominent,the lack of resistance strain gage technique.T This paper analyzes the influence of machine Northern Jiangsu area(especially in Jiangsu State Farms),research has shown that analysis of the major machine in rice cultivation area of different bed soil cultivation fertilizer,sowing,sowing period,seedling age,basic seedlings and fertilizer application and other factors of machine in the extent of the impact of the final yield of rice,summed up the appropriate local area high yield measures:To rice seedling of amount of bed soil culture fertilizer,conditional can using matrix seedling;sowing quantity to control in about each stem disc for 110～130g.And on the basis of timely correction;sowing date in 5.24～5.28;machine in rice seedling age should master between 15 to 20 days,too long or too short is not conducive to the formation of high yield structure;suitable for transplanting seedlings 9 million,adjusted according to the variety characteristics;Northern Jiangsu area obtained yield the suitable application amount of nitrogen 20-23kg/667m,reasonable fertilizer application is 5:5 to 6:4.
