Research On Construction Cost Control Of A Comprehensive Building Project

With the development of the construction market,construction enterprises are facing fierce market competition;the cost control of engineering projects is the main way to increase the profit of construction enterprises.In this paper,firstly,related local and foreign researches are introduced;the research content,ideas and frame structure are listed.Then,the basic theory,procedures and methods of cost control are introduced,which provide the theory basis for the case analysis.In terms of project overview,cost constitute and existing problems,the status of project A's cost control is analyzed.Combining related theory,the consciousness of cost control,level of project management and institution of cost control are discussed as the influence factors.Last but not least,in order to improve the cost control's effect,perfect system of cost control and management methods for this project are built.In addition,dynamic control is realized using earned value method.In order to control the construction phase of the construction project cost effectively,we must build a perfect cost control system,establish a reasonable cost control process,use the earned value method to optimize the cost control.
