Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Green Building Development

With the technical unceasing progress,development of the global economy and the rapid increase of population,land desertification is serious,cultivated land has gradually decreased,natural disasters happen frequently and effect of greenhouse has been expanding.Obviously,ecological environment has been seriously damage,and the problem of human survival is increasingly threatened.More and more people begin to pay attention to the protection of ecological environment,and harmonious development concept of human and nature is deeply rooted in people mind.As the pillar industry of the national economy,traditional construction industry is one of the three major energy consuming industries with serious problem of high emission,high investment and high pollution.With development of environmental protection consciousness,the problem above has attracted widespread attention of experts and ordinary people.Nowadays,China's economy is developing rapidly and the pace of urbanization is accelerating,which lead to strong housing demand in the future.Housing once just provided shelter,but people have much demand on environmental health,quality assurance today,as well as demand on harmony of human and nature.From what has been discussed above,development of “green building” has been paid more attention by the countries all over the world.With this background,the thesis studies the problem of development and application o f green architecture.Its purpose and significance are showing below: Firstly,this thesis supplie s the insufficient in theory and practice of Chinese green architecture's development.The auth or discusses the development theory of green architecture with Chinese characteristics from th e view of green architecture theory and development theory.Secondly,the paper summarizes t he practical experience and deficiency of the green architecture development combining with the practical experience of Suzhou Industrial Park green architecture development process.So as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of green architecture in ot her areas.This paper adopts the literature research method,expert opinion and actual investig ation method and case analysis method.By putting forward the research problems,explainin g the relevant concepts,analyzing the situation,problems and causes of the cases,analyzing the enterprise case,putting forward the conclusions and prospecting technical routes,the thes is develops the countermeasure research from the four aspects of policy,organization,enterp rise and society.
