Research About The Reformof Existed Residence In Zhengzhou Areas

In the past 30 years,the city of Zhengzhou has experienced an extensive rapid development,and there are many flaws in this process of urban construction.With the continuous development of human civilization and economic levels,many existing buildings can not fulfill the needs of modern people.Green transformation,this concept of ecological implantation urban repair to replace our city big demolition building or part of the shantytowns transformation,for a large number of energy-saving emission reduction,environmental protection,which make people’s lives the city better.Green transformation of both urban housing is an important part of urban green construction,and everyone’s life is closely related.This paper aims at the existing urban residential ecological and functional and other deficiencies in Zhengzhou Areas,focusing on the residential outdoor environment,the outside of building envelope,the architectural spaces,the use of solar energy technology and other aspects of the existing urban residential transformation to provide some available green transformation strategies.This article is divided into five chapters,including some specific contents:The first chapter is the introductory part.Firstly,it shows the relevant background of the paper,the ecological environment,and the current situation of the energy and the ecological problems of the urban architecture;And then it determines the scope and content of the study,finally,it explains the structure of the paper framework,summed up the article review of the skeleton and context.The second chapter summarizes the development and connotation of the origin of green building theory,expounded the characteristics of green residential areas,and in domestic and foreign urban green residential transformation case analysis,the green building design theory were brought into the existing urban residential transformation,and summed up local green transformation strategies in China.The third chapter analyzes the situation of the existing urban housing in Zhengzhou Areas,elaborate the social background of the development of the existing urban residential buildings in Zhengzhou,and the type of residential buildings and the problems in their life.This paper analyzes and summarizes these problems from three aspects;the present situation of the environment,the situation of the construction envelope and the present situation of the building space.The fourth chapter is the key part of this article.Through the above chapters of the theory and case analysis,This chapter specifically explore of the green transformation technology strategy application from four aspects;the existing urban residential environment of the green transformation,urban residential construction of the outer structureofthegreen transformation,urban residentialbuildingspace green transformation,solar energy technology application in the existing residential green transformation.The 5th chapter summarizes the main research results of this paper,analyzes the shortcomings of research and the prospect of research.
