Application Research Of BIM Technology In Operation And Maintenance Management Of Public Buildings

BIM(Building Information Modeling)has been proposed for decades,but the last ten years it has been developed rapidly by the construction industry information development and takes a place in the worldwide construction industry.At present,the theoretical research and practical application of BIM technology are concentrated in the design and construction stage,and it rarely backward to the operation and maintenance stage.In addition,because of the own unique and complex characteristics of the current public buildings,the informatization of operation and maintenance is backward compare with other industries.Information collection,collation and sharing work takes up a lot of manpower and time.Operation and maintenance management efficiency is always low and cost can not be reduced.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to study the operation and management of public buildings based on BIM technology.In this paper,the literature research method is used to understand the research and application status of BIM technology both at home and abroad.It analyzed the advantages and values of BIM technology operation and management in public building.It conceived the basic framework of public building's operation and maintenance management established on BIM technology.This paper also studied the possible application of BIM technology in the operation and management of public buildings and the ability to solve the problems existing in the operation and management of public buildings.Finally,through the practical application of specific projects,the potential of BIM technologized public building's operation and maintenance management system is confirmed.And some references are given to the development of public building's operation and maintenance management based on BIM technology while accumulating practical experience.
