With the rapid development of national economy,the highway construction of our country in the past "12th Five-Year" period has been fully developed,and in accordance with the "13th Five-Year" plan,the highway construction will continue to develop steadily,but in the rapid development,more and more quality accident out of their money,and have poor social impact.Therefore,how to improve and ensure the construction quality of highway project,improve the comprehensive quality management of the economic and social benefits,is in urgent need of the highway construction industry practitioners to solve the problem.This paper takes Changzhi to Linfen highway construction project,starting from the analysis of the connotation of the highway construction project quality control and management,the implementation of the research content and method of total quality management requirements of the highway engineering construction project management,this paper has conducted in-depth study on construction quality control procedures,optimize the construction quality control process sub process;according to the features of the project and puts forward some countermeasures for the quality control and management of highway construction project,“cancel handwritten data within the industry information reform promotion of electronic information”are emphatically discussed,creatively put forward to control through the "electronic information" measures Or reflect the construction quality of highway engineering,and puts forward the problems existing in the process of implementation and solutions;through total quality management based on project QC case introduction,implementation steps of in-depth study of the QC activities,the application of information technology and the PDCA cycle method and the key points of implementation of QC activities of the construction quality control management the effect was evaluated.
