With the rapid development of society economy and urban construction,the demand for electricity continues to grow,and the requirement of power quality is becoming more and more higher.In order to satisfy the load growth and the better quality of power supply,a scientific and reasonable distribution network is necessary for a region and a city.In order to establish a scientific and reasonable distribution network,the distribution network must be planed and designed in advance.So the planning and design of the distribution network is the basis of the power grid reconstruction.To provide customers with safe,stable and reliable power and reduce loss and improve the reliability and quality of the power supply,we must design a scient ific and reasonable distribution network as the basis and guidance for the power grid construction.This paper contains the following:Firstly,this paper synthesized all kinds of data of distribution network in Linyi region and analyzed the current problems in the distribution network to supply the basis of the plan and design.Secondly,this paper focused on studying power demand forecasting models,and analyzed them.Based on the analysis of historical electric load characters,including historical electric load curve,annual load character analysis,typical daily load curve,maximum load availability hours,per capita electricity consumption,etc.,the growth tendency of historical electric load was analyzed.Moreover,the growth tendency in future was forecasted via unit consumption method,natural growth method and regression curve method,and the future load was forecasted based on the maximum load,hours and regression curve method.The regression curve method was used to forecast the electricity consumption and load in each target year based on the extension curve of time series data over the years.The mathematical model was established on the basis of regression analysis with classified electricity amount and classified load as dependent variables,the related factors as independent variables.The calculation was repeated to more accurate forecast on the electricity amount and load.Based on the predicted results from different prediction methods and combined with the electricity growth tendency in Linyi region,the final prediction result was chose to supply basis for the electricity planning.Thirdly,the planning objectives and technical principles of power grids at all levels were designed based on the prediction result and power grid situation,it focused on the power grid overall layout and solved the problems occurred in the power grid to improve the security,reliability and economic efficiency of the target power grid.At last,several check methods including power flow calculation,main transfer,line N-1 check and short-circuit current calculation were used to check long-term target power grid structures in Linyi region designed in this paper.By the check,the designed power grid met the planning demand and provided basic power infrastructure for social development in future with good result.
