Shenzhen Overseas Architecture Design Practice Research And Analysis

Shenzhen is the window of the Chinese Reform and Opening and also is a Special Economic Zone which takes the lead to open to the outside world.With the advantages of the Chinese Reform and Opening and their own active development,in 30 years later,Shenzhen has made great progress.The urban construction in Shenzhen has an amazing achievement.The construction quantity is very large and the construction speed is very fast.All of above makes Shenzhen become a city which is one of the four biggest cities in China(Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen).With the advanced process in the Chinese Reform and Opening,Shenzhen has become more attractive to the overseas architects and design agencies.The study of Shenzhen overseas architectures' development process has a great signification to the research in Chinese overseas architectures and the Shenzhen outside architecture market.In the face of the large construction quantity in Shenzhen,the author take the public architectures as the research target,from the vertical and the horizontal aspects,through the self-comparison of overseas design in Shenzhen and the comparison with other cities' overseas design,to sum up and explore the development process,evolutionary characteristics and influences of Shenzhen overseas design.This paper takes the statistical analysis of Shenzhen overseas design and representative works as the entry point,in the four aspects like quantity,country location,architecture type and architecture location,through the external and internal comparison,to make a initial research of Shenzhen overseas design.Furthermore,with the relying on the development stage of Shenzhen overseas design,this paper make s unique analysis for high-rise buildings,cultural buildings and commercial buildings.So that this paper can make a further analysis for the development characteristics in Shenzhen overseas design.At last,through the research and study in the respective architectures in different building type,make a further analysis for the architects and the design agencies' development in Shenzhen.By analyzing the advantages and the disadvantages in Shenzhen overseas design,this paper has summarized out the overseas design's influnces on Shenzhen urban construction,city style,public life and the local design agency.I hope this paper can afford a revelation to the local architects,and as the mean while,can also offer an academic reference to the research on overseas design.
