| With the continuous development of education and "people-oriented" teaching philosophy deepening,as the "second class" student living area is taken seriously.By guiding students’ behavior and psychological needs to meet the students in the material and spiritual needs,is conducive to the realization of the "people-oriented" teaching philosophy.Due to the lack of land resources in Shenzhen and the acceleration of the process of transformation of villages in the city,Guimiao Village is facing the reality of reconstruction.Through a long time observation and investigation,the author deeply understands the behavior and psychological needs of the students in the Guimiao village.In the process of research,the author found the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of Guimiao village.Guimiao village students living area ignores the student’s behavior and psychological needs: In the construction of apartment buildings,the lack of design,for the space of students’ dormitory apartment building,public space,gender differences and other aspects of design considerations;lack of clear planning and construction in the commercial space,resulting in the lack of commercial space,commercial facilities disorderly development;lack of outdoor space design of bicycle parking space,communication etc.the living area,it is difficult to adapt to the students’ increasing behavior and psychological needs.Based on the perspective of the students’ behavior and psychological demand,this paper explores the relevant design of the activities of students in Guimiao Village in the future.It studies the reconstruction of Guimiao Village,and provides a more conducive to university life,deep learning and communication in the village.This paper first introduces the research background,function and significance of the topic selection,and clarifies the research object in Guimiao village design-that is,the behavior and psychological needs of the students in Guimiao village make the research and analysis meaningful.This paper briefly introduces the situation of Guimiao village and paves the way for the study.Through the literature reading and the actual observation,the research,summarizes the students ’behavior activities and psychological needs characteristics;throughthe literature reading and the actual observation,research,the author summed up the behavior of students and psychological needs of the characteristics;through the field research,the author summed up the students in Guimiao village behavior and psychological needs and related design issues;finally,through the analysis of student behavior and psychological needs and its relationship with the architectural design,the author put forward for the design principles and specific design strategies in the perspective of student behavior model in Guimiao village.The guiding principles include: holistic principles,compound principles,comfort principles.The design strategy includes: Gui Miao village functional layout,traffic design,commercial design,public open space design,creative garden design,apartment building design strategy,as a future transformation of Guimiao Village reconstruction reference. |
