Investigation On The Status Of Industrial Cultural Relics In The Pilot Area Of ??Shekou Port, Shenzhen And Discussion On Integration Strategies

Shenzhen as a new city since the reform and opening up,has been exploring the cultural connotation of the city,but industrial cultural relics as the value of urban industrial culture has not yet been deeply recognized.Shenzhen has been on the integration of industrial cultural relics is upgrade the old industrial area,like OCT-LOFT.However,the upgrading of such old industrial areas is reuse of ordinary factory workshop or warehouse reproduction,the characteristics are not strong.Such action also is not interact the surrounding ecological resources and urban system,can not deeply express Shenzhen's industrial history.Through the investigation of industrial cultural relics,this paper attempts to discover the industrial cultural relics gathering area with strong industrial characteristics,explores some way to integrate with the surrounding ecological resources and other factors.This paper mainly includes two topics,the investigation and integration strategy of industrial cultural relics in Shekou port pilot area in Shenzhen.(1)The investigation of industrial cultural relics.Firstly,determine the port pilot area as the survey range by three upper level planning.Secondly,by the level of investigation and field investigation,against overall situation of the port pilot area conduct the first round of investigation,and then choose preliminary industrial cultural relics based on the basic building information.Finally,conduct the second round of investigation,then establish basic information file of industrial cultural relics.Through the field investigation,it is found that the industrial cultural relics of the port pilot area are rich and the industrial characteristics are more intense,also the ecological resources of the area are superior.However,the industrial cultural relics break with the ecological resources and other material elements.(2)the integration strategy of industrial cultural relics.First of all,according to the relevant information of industrial cultural relics to establish industrial cultural relics development order,including industrial cultural relics regional development order and industrial cultural relics development order.Second synthesize various factors to explore the integration strategy of the industrial cultural relics of Shekou port pilot area in Shenzhen.,which include the general requirements,the division of the style zoning,the development of the style zoning,the traffic strategy,the opening space system and the creation of vitality.Finally,put forward the feedback and recommendations to the upper planning.
