Today,with the development of project management theory and cost control methods,many scientific methods and theories have been applied in practice.However,most of the construction enterprises still follow the traditional model,focusing on the completion of the accounting,over-emphasis on the traditional model of cost management model,not easy to try new cost control theory.In the current construction project in the cost control management,the traditional cost will show the following disadvantages,accounting method is simple,backward,follow the traditional model,the lack of new solutions to the problem,the quantitative analysis of the project is not enough and so on.According to these circumstances,the construction enterprises must improve the cost management model,bold innovation,and gradually establish their own cost management model,effective control costs.Applying Engineering Project Management to constructing a new medical facility should meet three important goals: quality,cost,duration.A successful project involves the control of costs,schedule meetings,quality,project domain,risk management? etc.;all factors should be under strict observation during each step so it will fulfill the goal of project management.Normal project management focuses on schedule planning and deadline maintaining;and earned value management takes budget control into consideration.It's also a management technique that takes into account the time and technical performance efficiency.In this paper,combined with the actual work of their own to DMX Hospital,for example,combined with the basic concepts of project management,basic theory,hospital project management level to provide technical basis.In this paper,the actual course of the project cost control,the basic framework of the research project,proposed specific methods Project cost control(earned value analysis),and according to the actual characteristics and circumstances DMX People's Hospital,the new project cost control proposals project cost control And countermeasures.The project is a large project budget of 600 million,the use of project management can save about 6% of cost,project schedule management can be completed,is a successful project management case.In this paper,the case study is the case,the data sources are the actual data in the project progress,so the similar project management has some inspiration and help.
