Since the 90s of last century,the construction industry as the main economic support industry in China,the rapid growth and development in china.In the case of strong demand for the construction enterprises,quality is undoubtedly one of the most important chips and support.In the face of huge market demand,how to improve their own quality management structure,to achieve more ideal engineering quality,for now,is placed in front of the first priority of each construction enterprise.Although our country has made some progress in the quality control of the project,we still need to make great efforts to explore the quality control mode which is suitable for our own characteristics,on the basis of the original level of construction to a higher level.This article through the analysis of the actual case to show Li Xiu District project,measures and methods of quality control,so as to enhance the real estate development project quality management level is the main subject of this paper.Through the analysis of the Li Xiu District project quality management,by using the method of literature data and field combining research,methods and research,system analysis and inductive method,the method of literature research and on-the-spot investigation,combined with the construction engineering,project management and other disciplines of concepts and theories,on the basis of the induction,summary and research.The quality control includes the implementation phase of Li Xiu District project engineering construction project management of the three stage as the object of discussion.This paper expounds the basic concepts of quality control,and introduces the basic methods of quality control.At the same time,this paper introduces the basic theory of quality control in construction project,including the basic principles of project quality control,the factors affecting the quality of the project,the common methods of quality control and so on.Then,this paper analyzed the current quality of Li Xiu District project control,quality control methods and experience of absorbing the domestic advanced project in the digestion,and then build form a complete set of prevention programmes.Then the paper discusses how to control the quality of the project from the construction preparation stage and the implementation stage.Finally,the engineering quality control performance is studied,the functional departments of the supervision and evaluation of foundation and foundation engineering quality is evaluated,from the fundamental guarantee for the project quality objectives can be achieved.
