The author takes shell material as the study object of the thesis,and carries out comparative analysis on the existing adsorption aseptic materials and shell material,as well as the corresponding research on the application of shell material through relevant literature reading,and market research,etc.On this basis,the author conducts various study and analysis on the absorbability,bacteria eliminating capabilities and the applications in design of single shell materials and modified shell materials respectively.Indepth study in design is especially carried out on the abilities of shell material in water and air purification,thus to differentiate the shell material from building materials,fodder,cosmetics and other fields.Based on the dual attributes of absorbability and bacteria eliminating capabilities,design concepts and methods of daily filtering and cleaning devices are proposed,so as to explore the comprehensive combination of micronization of materials and filtering and cleaning devices,and to study the integration of material shaping and filtering and cleaning device design,thus to further study the application of shell material. |
