In the containers handling of modernized ports, in order to promote the .operation efficiency by the realization of dynamic and real time management, the computer real time management net system must be set up. One of the most important tasks in the realization of this system is to install computer system on each moving loaded and unloaded trucks. Because of the impacts and vibrations on the trucks, caused by the frequent start and brake and the work of loading and unloading containers in the handling processes, the lives of the hard disks of the truck-loaded computers will be greatly shortened. This virtually reduces working efficiency and increases the production cost; it also brings out lots of inconvenience in the management and maintenance. So it becomes especially significant for the containers producing operations to ensure the proper use of the hard disks of the truck-loaded computers.The paper is subject to the problem of eliminating impacts and vibrations for the hard disk and bracket system on the basis of the actual demand of the containers handling tasks in the ports. A emulational analysis platform is designed with MATLAB under the guidance of theories of eliminating impacts and vibrations. The problem above is also carefully analyzed and researched with CARS analysis system in the paper, and a bracket to eliminate vibrations is designed for the hard disk of the truck-loaded computer, which can protect the hard disk and extend its life in the practical application.In the first chapter of the paper, the basic problem of eliminating impacts and vibrations for the hard disk of the truck-loaded computer is put forward, as well as the importance of its research and the present situation of the mobile electronic equipment in this field at home and abroad. The technique guidelines to solve such problem are also simply discussed in this chapter.In the second chapter, the impacts and vibrations signals are analyzed and discussed, which are collected under the working condition of the truck-loaded computer during the operations of loading and unloading containers in the ports. With the emulational analysis platform of the hard disk and bracket system and CARS analysis system, the general situation of the impacts and vibrations signals of this system under such working condition are analyzed, also the effect of the hard disk and bracket system to eliminate impacts and vibrations is simulated, and the solution to the problem under some given conditions is concluded.In the third chapter, on the basis of the actual working condition, a vibration model of the hard disk and bracket system of the truck-loaded computer is built. From the point of eliminating vibrations, the characteristics of eliminating vibrations for the hard disk and bracket system are analyzed, and in combination of the practical situation, they are also researched and discussed though the computer simulations from which the proper parameters such as the inherent frequency of the system, rigidity and the damp of the system support are calculated and selected.In the forth chapter, the characteristics of eliminating impacts for the hard disk and bracket system are studied on the basis of the response after the impacts and theories of eliminating impacts. By means of the analysis of the impacts signals underthe practical working conditions of truck-loaded computer during loading and unloading containers in the ports and computer simulations, the parameters for eliminating impacts of the hard disk and bracket system are calculated.In the fifth chapter, after the analysis of the response of the system to the random stimulation, linked with the demand for the truck-loaded computer during work the parameters for eliminating impacts and vibrations of such system are analyzed and calculated, which are considered together with different factors such as the effect of eliminating impacts and vibrations for the hard disk and bracket system, the influence of the hard disk's displacement limit and the stability in the landscape orientation, and so on.
