Earthquakes, floods, droughts, landslides and other natural disasters and accidents of sudden water pollution caused by human factors can cause sediment concentration of source water increasing, affecting a wide range of supply interruption caused by the normal operation of the waterworks. Before sediment and high turbidity water supplying for urban water, it must go through the pre-treatment process for next step conventional treatment. Water pollution emergency not only damages to the environment, but also restricts the development of the social economy. Therefore, strengthening treatment research on water pollution emergency contingency technology is imminent. The existing water purification equipment is membrane treatment process, requiring the low turbidity of raw water. When debris flow occurrences high turbidity water, solving the problem of high turbidity quickly becomes the key of emergency water purification process.For fast preprocessing high turbidity and sediment water, emergency water purification equipment which include pipe filter, solid-liquid hydrocyclone centrifuge separation, chemical mixing, floating filtering was researched and developed. Processing flow is 6-10m3/h. The parameters of the equipment are as follows:two stage pipeline filter, selecting self cleaning filter FW, the first level filtering accuracy is 1500μm; second stage filtering accuracy is 800μm. The inner diameter of pol(?)thane hydrocyclone is 150mm, processing flow is 6-20m3/h, the maximum feed particle size is 1.5mm, separation size is 20-74μm. The filter tank is made of stainless steel material, filter tank diameter lm, length 1.6m, volume 1.25m3. The tank filled with polystyrene filter. Front tank filled with particle size of 1.2mm media, filter layer thickness is about 40cm. The post filter cans filled with particle size of 0.5mm media, filter layer thickness is about 50cm.Integral equipment water flow rate is 6-10m3/h, the turbidity of raw water is about 500NTU, the sediment content was maintained at 2.5 to 5kg/m3.when the inlet flow remained in the range of 6-10m3/h, the hydrocyclone overflow water median diameter increased with the increase of the inlet flow, underflow port diameter decreasing until the overflow water median diameter maintained at about 20 micron diameter, the removal rate can reach more than 90%.when the hydrocyclone treated high muddy sediment water, verflow turbidity was about 380NTU. When adding 150mg/L PAFC, the turbidity was 27.8NTU after sedimentation. When adding 150mg/LPAFC, lmin later to the addition of 0.625mg/LPAM, the turbidity was 16.2NTU after sedimentation Compared with single dosing PAFC, its turbidity was less than about 50%. Compared with single dosing polymerization Lvtie, dosing joint coagulant polyacrylamide and aggregation Lvtie improved coagulation effect significantly. The inorganic flocculant made the raw water colloidal destabilization, high polymer coagulant has a strong adsorption of colloid surface, high removal rate of turbidity.Direct filtration removal rate is relatively low, about 20%. Micro flocculation filtrationthe, water reached a steady state at the bottom of the filter tank, the flow velocity gradient G value decreases, the hydraulic retention time increased, the destabilization particles or micro flocs can form full collision and adhesion and medium size larger flocs were trapped down. The removal rate can reach 90%. The turbidity of the raw water can reach below 3NTU after treatment. |
