With accelerating urban new area development construction,new district planning and construction of the traditional methods ignore the protection and use of water environment,lead to the new city water environmental pollution,impervious surface has increased dramatically,the city of frequent flooding,the development of the city and ecological resources and environment not harmonious coexistence.In order to make up for the inadequacy of traditional new district planning and design,this article will introduce the sponge city concept,guiding and regulating the urban district planning and design,to provide new ideas for urban district planning and construction,city and the new city development and construction of the balance of resources and environment protection.As a pilot city of national sponge city construction,this paper studies the planning of Kunlun avenue area in Nanning new district.Firstly,the paper expounds the concept and connotation of sponge city,low impact development and eco-city,and briefly summarizes the relationship between LID and sponge city,sponge city and eco-city.On LID site planning and design theory,sponge city to study the related theory,concludes the three principles of sponge urban district planning,the need to carry out the control target,new city planning summary aim to carry out the 5 ideas and five planning method and LID site planning five design idea and design method of four.Secondly,on the basis of relevant theoretical study,deeply analyzes the 4 cases of sponge urban planning practice case at home and abroad,from two aspects of the old district reconstruction and new city planning to know the specific design method,sum up experience and get 4 points.Thirdly,the study of sponge city theory and practice is applied to the planning of Kunlun avenue area.By combining GIS,Xiangyuan source software to simulate the terrain,water catchment characteristics,natural drainage partitions,combined with drainage area vegetation distributions of Kunlun avenue sponge background,building structure,determine the sponge functional zoning,sponge city construction goal,specific for total annual run off that 75%or higher at Naping river basin,four pond river basin in 80%or more;Water surface rate is greater than 18%;The green land rate is greater than 38.9%;The standard for drainage and waterlogging is 30 years.Finally,the project of the new area of Kunlun avenue area is obtained.Water through the hydrologic cycle construction of ecological landscape as the main line,put forward "two axes,four corridors five groups" planning layout structure,land use layout,follow the new natural terrain,road network to adapt to the water system,greening and road drainage combined with scattered seepage,partition drainage,open space,makes every effort to new district in the city development and natural environment resources protection of the two aspects,achieve win-win situation.Paper attempts to sponge theory in the urban district planning into the city,explore new methods and new ideas,new city planning practice for the future urban planning and design of the new city construction to provide the reference and draw lessons from with sponge.
