Study On Landscape Design Of Downtown Commercial District Based On The Background Of Sponge City

The rapid development of economy drives the process of urbanization to accelerate.And the rapid increase of the demand for land has made the land use pattern change obviously and rapidly,therefore,a large number of gray and impermeable ground construction are springing up,have caused great damage to the urban environment and made the natural water circulation system change accordingly.The phenomenon of “Watching the Sea in the City”frequently occurs.Water and ecological problems such as water shortage and water pollution are becoming more and more serious.How to improve the urban rainwater environment and how to improve the water safety and reduce the social and economic losses caused by flood have become difficult problems in the development of the city at the present stage,which has gradually aroused the attention of the public and the government.This paper studies the landscape design of urban business district under the background of sponge city construction.Urban business district is an important part of urban space.It takes on social functions and is also the carrier of sponge city construction.Different spatial types have different responsibilities in the construction of sponge city.Through the management of rainwater collection,infiltration and reuse in urban commercial area,the utilization rate of urban rainwater improved,the waste of water and the pressure caused by rainwater are reduced,which makes the city more “flexible”.The research on rainwater management in China is later than that in developed countries.Through the analysis and research of advanced concepts and technologies,we choose sustainable and suitable rainwater management facilities for China.In view of the reality,according to the problems of poor overall landscape environment,lack of human consideration and ecological greening and no systematic rainwater management system,it proposes,in the background of the construction of the sponge City,the landscape design of the commercial area should follow the control of the field flow and construct the patch network reasonably,making the sponge area connected to each other,form the association.According to the rational allocation target of plant and the priority of ecological design,thefield has the principle of continuity,multi-function,regional culture and local characteristics,security and artistic beauty.We will enrich the field design by making use of business district building,terrain,water,vegetation and pavement elements.According to the operation principle of SWMM model,it put forward applicable planning steps in the commercial area landscape design.It summarizes the suitable rainwater management system for business area,including rainwater collection,infiltration,interception and transportation,storage and reuse.Combined with the connection between the rainwater system of business district,the surrounding rainwater system and the urban rainwater system,it makes it a whole rather than an isolated existence.The analysis and study of technical facilities involved in each link,the synthetically evaluation of technical facilities service level,proper technology and facilities applied rationally can avoid unnecessary waste.The good circulation of the rainwater system in the business district provides reference and guidance for the future landscape design of the business district under the construction of sponge city in China.
