Urban Space Management And Control Research Based On Landscape Security Pattern

With the rapid development of urbanization,the contradiction between urban environmental quality and social economic development is becoming more and more acute,which is manifested by the decrease of cultivated land area,the increase of ecological load and frequent security problems.On the basis of the analysis of city spatial expansion characteristics and thus so negative effect,based on the comprehensive safety construction of city spatial expansion pattern of regional ecological background,and on the multi-criteria cellular automaton model for the simulation of self-organization under the trend of city spatial expansion,through the superimposed analysis of comprehensive safety and landscape pattern and city spatial expansion pattern of self-organization,in order to protect the security of regional landscape and control the disordered sprawl of the city,we make the delineation of the city space growth boundary and city space control zoning,which has a certain guiding role for controlling the development of the city construction.The main contents and achievements of the research include:(1)The analysis of characteristics of urban space developmentThe city of Xi’an,the natural environment and social economic situation analysis finds that the society and economy of Xi’an city is in a period of rapid development;on this basis,the city space expansion,expansion intensity and direction of expansion can be seen as in the urban area of Xi’an,the city spatial expansion of the intensity and scale is increasing and the city is characterized by "the spread type of expansion",and puts forward that the city population growth,economic development,technological progress,road construction,government policy are the dynamic factors of the city spatial expansion;with the urbanization and city space expansion intensified,the various ecological security problems are appearing,such as the shrinking arable land,the deterioration of the ecological environment,and the city safety problems etc.(2)The construction of regional landscape security patternProtecting the safety of important landscape elements is the ecological bottom line of Xi’an city development.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the landscape security pattern,choosing the landscape elements which have important impact on Xi’an City Construction Development(comprehensive water,geological disasters,cultural heritage and recreation entertainment),the landscape security pattern of different levels of single landscape elements can be constructed respectively.Then,GIS will be the landscape pattern of the single element superposition based on construction including "best pattern" and "minimum security"the pattern of regional comprehensive landscape security pattern,as the ecological background of the city spatial expansion simulation,providing the basis for the growth of city space boundary delimitation.The comprehensive features of Xi’an city landscape security pattern shows:basic attributes of matrix-corridor-plate;with "minimum security pattern"and small impact of regional landscape as the main point,"best pattern" as the addiction;mutual penetration between different levels of security pattern.(3)Using CA model to simulate urban expansionTo determine the cellular automaton model based on multi criteria,the city construction land as the total cellular volume,at the same time by comparing the status of different periods of the development of city scene analysis,clear the city spatial expansion constraint factors and the role of strength and mechanism.Then,based on the construction of Xi’an city GeoSOS model with the spatial expansion pattern of self-organizing scene situation,we can see that Xi’an city construction land continues to spread,and the landscape security is threatened;center city is growing faster than the growth rate of the edge area,and expansion intensity in the South is more serious than the northern area.(4)Delineation of urban growth boundary and construction land control zoningBy using the GIS analysis tool,the integrated landscape security pattern and urban self-organization spatial expansion pattern are superimposed to explore the nine possible scenarios.The different development scenarios of city spatial expansion in the formation of"best pattern" and "minimum security pattern" role,through the necessary modification of the city spatial expansion,delineation of the city space growth boundary can be done.On this basis,combined with different levels of regional comprehensive security pattern,we can clear the space control zoning of construction land,and put forward the corresponding control measures.
