| Based on the theory of landscape safety pattern and the idea of "anti planning",the characteristics of land use structure,transfer,speed and gravity center of 23a in the study area were analyzed by using 1992,2000 and 2015 three land use data.On this basis,the selection of research area of local cultural heritage protection,geological disaster prevention,biological protection,flood prevention for the four goal,to build a comprehensive ecological security pattern,and puts forward the study area construction land zoning,identify the reserve land resources in the region,in order to provide reference for the research of district government land planning.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The land composition of the study area is mainly forestland.In three years,the proportion of woodland in the total area of research area is about 80%.In general,it has the characteristics of "eight forest land,one tillage garden area and one other land".23a,the study area of woodland and farmland area continued to decrease,and the residence land continued to increase,change rate were 87.65%,264.63%;the residence,land expansion mainly from woodland and farmland,and has obvious agglomeration,and the construction land expansion has obvious agglomeration,the expansion of residence mainly occurred in the Shaxi River 2000 meters within the buffer zone,and the land expansion in the main river 2000 meters and 5000 meters.Land use change has led to the 23a to all kinds of land use change,land mobile direction is southwest or northeast,garden,residence and land are integral to the northeast,and woodland,arable land and unused land to the southwest offset.(2)Constructed from different target landscape security pattern,local cultural heritage low security pattern is the key regional and local cultural heritage protection experience,the area is 55994.68hm2,accounting for about 16.09%of the total area of the study area,for heritage protection and ecological environment improvement in the local cultural heritage should focus on low security pattern,limited low security pattern in the blind expansion of construction land;geological disaster low security pattern area is 14340.74hm2,accounting for 4.12%of the study area,in the planning,should try to avoid the new construction of geological disasters in the low security pattern in land;low bio security pattern area is 119447.33hm2,accounting for 34.35%of the study area,this level is the most suitable habitat for the region,strengthen the protection of the natural environment,limit excessive development,strengthen scientific research,can also be appropriate to the development of the tourism industry.The study area of flood control security pattern in the security pattern of the main area accounted for 63.27%,while the low security pattern area also reached 5.27%,and the basic coverage of the main urban areas in the region,mainly located in the vicinity of Flood water and 50 meter buffer,as well as the area of low altitude area.(3)Study the four goals based on the security pattern.The right of superposition,comprehensive researches on landscape security pattern,which is characterized in that the low security pattern area is 55993.64hm2,accounting for 16.01%,mainly distributed in the area of ecological function significantly,with the expansion of limited construction;security pattern in the largest area,accounted for 147495.44hm2 42.50%;high security pattern is mainly built area and the surrounding area,affecting the ecological security of the study area before the two pattern of regional significant area accounted for 41.49%of the study area.The area is more suitable for the layout of construction land area,but the security pattern includes a large number of high mountains,steep slope,high altitude,utilization to avoid blind development.(4)Based on the landscape security pattern and the specific characteristics of land use,the study area prohibited development area accounted for 16.01%,mainly distributed in the study area,local cultural heritage,prone to geological disasters,natural reserve and source as well as the area around the mountains,reservoirs,ponds and contiguous farmland etc.development zone;control area is the most widely used,the study area accounted for 63.41%;and development areas are mainly distributed in the eastern Shaxian County City,high sand town,Hong Tian Town,western town,Lake Town and Qingzhou Town,an area of 50410.14hm2,accounting for 14.49%of the total area of the study area.(5)To the development zone is the main reserve land resources,its distribution in different towns are extremely uneven,mainly concentrated in the northeast and southwest of the study area,such as the northeast of Shaxian County City,high sand town and Qingzhou Town,southwest of the town and Yuanzhen,Xiyang Hong Tian Zhen Cao Yongan City District concentration of reserve land resources more;and township land resources in Sanming City and its neighboring areas is scarce.According to the different zoning,planning should have different ways,can be developed to improve the land potential,reasonable development in the control zone,adjust measures to local conditions,and set up ecological infrastructure,prohibit the original vegetation protection zone,residential renovation practice timely relocation,restoration and other measures. |
