The pharmaceutical industry is a large consumption,concentrated industry,the need of resources and energy are very big.The standard of international pharmaceutical market is more stringent than the current standard of our country,therefore,to enter into the international market,it must be more strict management,and the cleaner of production environment puts forward higher standard.In order to meet this requirement,the pharmaceutical industry has increased the investment in the purification of air conditioning system,and increased the energy consumption.Rising energy consumption will increase the cost of enterprises,so reducing energy consumption has become the focus of research.In this paper,the factors affecting energy consumption of air conditioning system are analyzed by model.This paper analyzes the characteristics of purification air conditioning system in energy consumption,and analyzes the impact of the new GMP,through investigating the current energy consumption status of many pharmaceutical companies,the largest energy consumption is to purify the air conditioning system,and has energy-saving space.The energy consumption model is established to analyze the energy consumption according to the model,and the analysis results of the model,compared with the actual energy consumption data,find that the two are different,the data of the model is higher,energy consumption model can be used.For the analysis of energy consumption,the single factor analysis was adopted,12 factors were selected,and the energy consumption of each factor was analyzed,and the influence weight of each factor was obtained.The relationship between energy consumption of purified air conditioning system and these 12 factors is analyzed.the results show that almost all of them have linear relationship,so the fitting curve formula between factors and energy consumption can be analyzed according to each factor.On the basis of the simulation method,the mathematical statistics are used to analyze the effect of each influencing factor,and sort by the analysis.And in the significant analysis,when the confidence level = 0.1,only several factors such as the frequency of ventilation,new air volume and other factors are significant factors,so these factors become the focus of energy conservation research.Using the form of comprehensive utilization of various methods,a comprehensive evaluation index system,more accurate evaluation of the purification air conditioning system.The index system contains 16 indicators,divided into 3 levels.According to these indexes,the qiquan weight,and according to the weight,the key index.Through the case test,the use effect of the evaluation system is better.Finally,the results of this study are summarized,and the future research direction and focus are listed.
