Research Of Statistics And Evaluation On The Energy Consumption Of Hosptial Building

Responding to the call of constructing "a resource-conserving，environment-friendly society"，reducing the energy consumption of public buildingshas become a focus in the study of building energy efficiency. Hospital buildingsareoneof the most complicatedly andcomprehensively functional types of building in aspect ofbuilding energy usage，and the building’s energy consumption is twice of other publicbuildings’ energy consumption, meanwhile the energy consumption costs account forover10%at total costs of the hospitals.Directing at the current situation ofenergyconsumptionin the hospital buildings，the statistical computing model of thehospital building’senergy consumption is established in this paper and it can accuratelyreflect the condition in hospital building’s energyconsumption.The evaluation method ofbuilding’s energy consumption is established at the same time，it can scheme the energyconsumption reasonably and find problems in the process of building’s energyconsumption in hospital， itcan also provide concerned policies for hospital leaders inenergy conservation management and improve the level of hospital building’s energyconsumption conclusively.The statistical computing model proposed in this paper is based on the energy audit ofstatistical method. The model contains the collection、station、upload、storage、computing of the building energyconsumption and proposes the method of energyconsumption collecting and the database structure.It is helpful for guiding hospitalbuilding energy management system and providing data supporting for the evaluation ofbuilding’s energy consumption at the same time.The evaluation to hospital buildings is based on the scorelist evaluation and dataofbuilding energy consumption analysis method. The process of evaluation containstheselection of evaluation index、 the establishmentofevaluation index system andevaluation method， it can complete the evaluation of comprehensive energyconsumption and classification energy consumption in the hospital buildings,the resultsare used to evaluate the level of the improvement to the historical averages and thespeed.At last，the statistical computing modeland evaluation method have been applied to the construction of Harbin hospital buildings， it is concluded that the hospital’sconstruction is given priority to heating energy in the heating period，power distributionsystem ranks the second and analyze the rule of the electric consumption、heatingconsumption and water consumption.
