As an integral part of a vehicle in the high-level building construction, the control method and the structure of the elevator have been experienced a longterm development, from the original simple independent elevator control, more complex elevator parallel operation control, intelligent multiple elevators joint control to now adaptive elevator control technology that be able to adapt to different architectural environment adaptive elevator control technology. How to improve omnibearing service quality of elevator has been one core research area of elevator electro-hydraulic system. With the constant improvement of the demand for elevator service quality, not only single ladder control system need to be optimized, but also multiple sets of elevator group scheduling control need intensive study. The research on optimization of the elevator group control system is conducted through analyzing the characteristics of the elevator group control system. The paper proposes a fuzzy control method based on target booking type for elevator group control optimization system, designs a elevator group control system based on PLC(S7-1200), and build the elevator simulation platform based on WinCC to conduct simulation experiments for different group control methods.Firstly, the research status of elevator control technology application was analyzed, the intelligent algorithms and applications of group control system are summarized. The elevator group control method based on PLC was designed with the consideration of the optimization effect and practical feasibility.Secondly, this paper analyzed the characteristic of elevator control system, established the corresponding target type appointment mathematical description model of the elevator; evaluation indexes, such as the passenger waiting time, passenger taking time, energy consumption and capsules crowded degree were chosen as the basis of the comprehensive evaluation index function for the group control system. According to different requirements, various index weights are set to generate different dispatching elevators strategy; Through collecting the actual traffic information of office buildings, analyses the characteristics of passenger traffic patterns in the different periods, the paper designs a fuzzy logic discriminant model to classify passenger traffic patterns and the weights of evaluation function is adjusted dynamically according to evaluation function.Finally, establish simulation platform of elevator group control based on PLC and WinCC, adopt the way of fuzzy query table to realize traffic pattern automatic recognition, design the elevator group control system program. Different group control methods were conducted in elevator group control simulation platform. Through the comparative analysis the simulation results, it is verified that the effectiveness of the designed group control method for the group control system and its practical feasibility in PLC system. And, the method can achieve to the optimization of the elevator group control scheduling, improve the overall performance level of the elevator group control system.
