Study On The Influencing Factors Of Green Building From The Perspective Of Cities

Green building is an important measure in the field of building to deal with the energy and environmental problems.China is a major energy consumption country,and the building energy consumption has become one of the most three major "energy consumption".Besides,the environmental problems are increasingly prominent.The development of green building is not only an effective way to change the traditional growth mode of China’s construction industry with high energy demand,high speed,high pollution and inefficiency.It is also an inevitable requirement for building a energy-saving and environment-friendly society and developing a circular economy.At the present stage,green building has achieved good development,but also showing a large geographical distribution differences and the imbalance of the regional development.So the research of green building on the characteristics of different regions and its causes is an important topic in the field of green building development.In this study,through the analysis of the classification and comparison on the current 4071 national green building labeling projects,the paper summarizes the differences between our country in different space level;secondly based on the perspective of the different cities,by the means of the domestic and foreign research results about the green building influencing factors,the paper established the analytical framework of the factors affecting the development of green buildings and discussed the mechanism of those factors influencing the development of green buildings by using the theory of system.At last,based on the selected variables,two multiple regression analysis are established.Their sample datas are from the green building section level including 217 cities and the 9 key cities time series.The following conclusions are drawed:1)the level of the development of green buildings in China is still low.However,it shows some spatial differences between different regions,provinces and cities.2)Based on the selected 217 cities,the multiple regression analysis of the factors affecting the development of green building describes that the influence degree of the 4 selected variables are ordered as GDP > real estate development investment > green building laws and regulations and policy documents,and urban residents per capita disposable income don’t have significant affect on the development of green building.4)The ridge regression analysis on the factors influencing the development of green buildings in the 9 key cities,the three variables GDP,real estate development investment and per capita disposable income of urban residents have a significant positive effect on the development of green building,and there is a big difference between the variables of green building development influence.Finally,9 groups of cities can be divided into five groups according to the influence of three variables,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the analysis results.This paper will focus on the impact of city macro environmental factors on the development of green building,it is the research on influencing factors of the development of green building.They can not only enrich the development of green building in the field of the influencing factors,but also can better grasp the characteristics of the current development of green building,to provide the strategy of scientific and effective information for developers to enter the market for green building.It provided the local government with a theoretical basis to deepen the green building policy.
