Feasibility Study Of The ZL Expressway Project

Before project construction launched,feasibility study is an important work which is a kind of identification or investigation of the proposed project,and the result of this study is the key bases of the investment decisions.Currently,along with the rapid development of economy of China,the fact that demands of the highway are becoming increasingly prominent leads to highway constructions become one of the key investments in major domestic construction projects.Due to the huge investment and long period,highway constructions always have tremendous risk of investment,feasibility analysis is quite crucial for the highway project.The proposed highway project is located in the south of Sichuan province,within the territory of Zigong and Neijiang city,from Zigong to Longchang.The main purpose of this project is to improve and optimize the regional road network and benefit the social and economic development of the area along the road.In this paper,the feasibility analysis of the construction project which mentioned above is done based on the theory and procedures of feasibility study.Combining with the characteristics of highway construction project,traffic volume forecast,technical and economic risks are analyzed.The research results are hoping to provide reference and basis for project investment decisions.In this paper,by analyzing ZL(Zigong-Longchang)highway project investment environment and current situation of highway traffic,the regional traffic growth trends are predicted.Meanwhile based on the analysis of traffic pressures,transportation burden at present and technical standards which have selected by analysis of the engineering technology,the necessity of the proposed project is proved.Secondly,according to the construction of basic conditions and the highway construction scale,four project construction plans have been designed.By compared these four route schemes in topography,geological conditions and control factors,the best project solution has been selected.Then the technical feasibility of ZL highway construction project is confirmed.Thirdly,the ZL highway project investment estimation and economic evaluation are analyzed.The investment estimation and the financing mode of the optimal scheme are determind.And the economic costs and economic benefits are analyzed simultaneously.Finally,the financial analysis including profitability,solvency,and sensitivity of ZL highway project have been done.The results show that this project has high investment value and risk resistance capacity.This feasibility study has a significance of guidance to the highway construction project and has some reference value to the related research of highway construction.
