With the city's economic grow rapidly,urbanization process has accelerated significantly,the economy has steadily increased,the national standard of living improved,the trip rate also increased.With the improvement of economic level,the purchasing power of citizens is increasing,the number of car sales increases year by year,more and more people choose to travel by private car which resulting in road congestion,energy consumption,frequent traffic accidents,serious environmental pollution,social equity and other issues affected that greatly reducing the travel efficiency and the level of the living environment.Therefore,to construct a low-carbon,green,people-oriented urban traffic environment more effectively,has become the new target of urban traffic development.The concept of green transportation,which mainly reduces traffic congestion,improves travel efficiency,reduces environmental pollution,saves resources and promotes social harmony,has been attracting worldwide attention.As an indispensable part of realizinglow-carbon green transportation,urban transportation is also important to realize the low-carbon development of public transportation.In this paper,the concept of green transport was studied and the traffic characteristics of the mega-cities were investigated.The traffic situation of Tianjin was analyzed.By comparing with the traffic conditions of the mega-cities,it was proposed that the development of green transportation was urban transportation The inevitable trend and the key to building a healthy city.In order to understand the greening level of urban traffic,a green traffic evaluation system was constructed.Through the expert opinion survey to determine the evaluation index of green traffic evaluation system,and the status of traffic in Tianjin,the green indicators were scoring,through the analytic hierarchy process yaahp calculated the weight and weight of the evaluation index.Get Tianjin traffic green level is divided into general level,put forward Tianjin should speed up the construction of orbit Jia Tong,the development of new energy vehicles.By the system dynamics model to build the benchmark case,the collection of resource costs for new energy vehicles subsidy scenarios for the future of new energy vehicle ownership was predicted.
