Multi-objective Evaluation Of Green Transportation Of Sino-singapore Tianjin Eco-city

Along with the rapid development of economy and acceleration of the progress of urbanization,an increasing requirement of transportation brings a series of transportation problem.The concept of green transportation system become an effective method to solve the problems.Many cities has implemented the concept in planning and construction.As a model of new type of ecological city in China,Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city has made a deep exploration in the green transportation planning and implementation.This thesis makes multi-objective evaluation of green transportation implementation status and effect of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city by integrating the characteristics of green transportation and using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In the first place,this thesis makes a deep interpretation of the connotation,characteristics,implementation approaches of the green transportation and the principle of green transportation evaluation related theory,determines the main objective of the green transportation evaluation,and analyzes the characteristics of the evaluated region,provided the theoretical basis for the evaluation.Secondly,through the research of the evaluation index system structure,this thesis analyzes the principle of the construction of evaluation index system of urban green transportation,by integrating the characteristics of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city green transportation and related literature research of green transportation evaluation,filtering related index,and by using Delphi method to determine the key index,indicators,and to determine the evaluation index structure of five types of twenty-one index including green transportation index,basic function of transportation,environmental impact,resource consumption index and operational index.Finally,this thesis makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the common use of multi-objective evaluation,and makes an evaluation of green transportation by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on the evaluation index and evaluation system which is determined in this thesis,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine nine qualitative index and twelve quantitative index value,by means of questionnaire and data statistics.On this basis,this thesis makes evaluation of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city green transportation situation,analyzes the evaluation results,and put forward corresponding suggestions for deficiencies.
