Metro Depot,as the main section of metro production and transportation,undertakes responsibility for metro vehicle’s parking,inspection,preparation,application,maintenance and other services.Scientific management of vehicle maintenance scheduling is of great significance to improve the work efficiency and ensure the operation safety.In this paper,the optimization of Metro Depot maintenance scheduling problem is studied and the Metro Depot maintenance scheduling management system is designed,which can improve the rational use of maintenance resources like track and vehicle and realize the refinement,informatization and intelligence of maintenance scheduling management.Firstly,on the basis of researches on track and vehicle application and existing maintenance scheduling management systems,the basic research frame of maintenance scheduling optimization problem is proposed by field survey.The major working scope and workflow of maintenance scheduling are determined and the features of track arrangement for metros back to depot and operation plan compilation are analyzed and extracted.Secondly,an optimization model based on multi-objective genetic algorithm is put forward for the track arrangement problem in Metro Depot.Taking task completion,shunting times and extra time-consuming as optimization targets,this model can make a reasonable choice for the train tasks and find the best solutions for track arrangement under the resource constraints.Thirdly,an optimization model based on BWAS algorithm is proposed for the metro operation plan compilation problem.Taking the match degree of vehicle numbers and train numbers as optimization target,this model introduces the idea of balanced application into operation plan compilation,which improves the reliability of train operation by separating application from maintenance and allows the train to be examined within the time limit.Finally,according to the characteristics of Metro Depot maintenance scheduling,the demand analysis of maintenance scheduling management system is carried out.On the basis of demand analysis,the system is divided into three modules:maintenance plan management,scheduling management and integrated management.By using Eclipse,myeclipse plug-in and Tomcat server as Java web development platform,the system modules are realized. |
