| With the development of Chinese rail transit network,the number of rail transit vehicles and the mileage in operation are increasing year by year,and the rail transit industry has entered a stage of construction and maintenance.At present,with the continuous growth of the number in service of rail transit vehicles,the maintenance demand of rail transit vehicles is also growing,which brings opportunities and challenges to the rail transit maintenance industry.The arrival of the current rail transit vehicle maintenance intensive period has put forward higher requirements for maintenance enterprises,maintenance enterprises should complete the maintenance parts rapidly,at the same time to ensure the quality of maintenance parts.However,due to the particularity of rail transit maintenance industry,the capacity of maintenance enterprises is limited by maintenance system,maintenance personnel knowledge and skills,which are difficult to be improved in a short time.Among the above factors,the factor of multi-skilled maintenance personnel is particularly important in improving maintenance capacity and meeting maintenance demand of maintenance enterprises,but it needs a long-term accumulation to form.Therefore,it is significant to study the research on operation mode and scheduling of rail transit vehicle maintenance workshop.Based on the above research background and problems,we take the rail transit vehicle maintenance workshop as the research object to improve the maintenance efficiency and minimize the maintenance cost,which is under the bottleneck of multiskilled human resources.The thesis mainly includes three parts: the definition of maintenance workshop operation mode,the skill evaluation model of maintenance personnel and the maintenance workshop scheduling problem under the bottleneck of multi-skilled human resources.Firstly,on the basis of the maintenance workshops operation mode at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of current maintenance workshop under the bottleneck of multi-skilled human resources,the thesis defines the maintenance workshop operation mode under the bottleneck of multi-skilled human resources.In the thesis,we determine the skill weight of maintenance personnel,define the maintenance personnel skills and establish the maintenance workshop personnel skill tree model based on Principal Component Analysis and Entropy method,the personnel skill parameters are a basis to evaluation of personnel skills.Secondly,a maintenance workshop scheduling model was constructed,which was based on the constraint of personnel skill parameters,then the genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.Finally,the above method and the results of personnel scheduling in actual maintenance workshop are simulated by Any Logic software,at the same time,the distribution of maintenance time is considered,which is obtained by simulation.The comparison results show that the method proposed in this thesis can effectively improve the maintenance efficiency of the maintenance workshop. |
