| At present, the construction of Baotou grid is developing to be supernormal and leapfrogging, how to make the optimal maintenance plans of power grid is of vital significant for improving the reliability of the power system and economic profit. However, maintenance plans of power grid making in Baotou is still manual accomplished, which cannot meet the needs of updating grid under the new situation.Based on the development of maintenance system and some practical problems, considering the problem of condition based maintenance that expensive on-line monitoring equipment is needed in the process of collecting the influencing factors of equipment, this paper puts forward an optimized way for making maintenance plans taking the state factor of operation into consideration. This method summarizes and grades the factors impacting the equipment operation first, through an index used for synthetic evaluation of equipment’s health condition, the emergency degree of repairing result is obtained, which can be used to optimize the original plans. The method proposed here unites the Condition Based Maintenance and schedule maintenance to avoid that the schedule maintenance follows the fixed cycle of plan blindly.In the meantime, this paper takes the effects of load forecast and power flow calculation into account, which checkouts the plans making. Combined with the facts of Baotou power grid, the main elements of load forecast are the prediction of load variation caused by heavy industrial consumers and irrigation and supplying heating, load changes of WTG’s accessing power grid. Power flow calculation is aimed at the power grid of220kV and above which operates as a looped network within thicker local characteristics.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper completed the development of the visualized software for the maintenance plan optimal formulation, which lightens the workload of plans makers and improve the efficiency so that ensures the safety and reliability of power network equipment. The process of maintenance plan making and checkout proves rationality of this method and the effectiveness of the visualized software. |
