Research And Development Of Aero-engine Scheduling System Of Condition Based Maintenance

The management of areoengine maintenance takes an important role in the airlines, which is relates to the safety of aircraft and affects the economy of airline. Establishment of a reasonable maintenance scheduling can greatly reduce the occurrence of flight's delay and cancellation because of the lack of spare areoengine, balance the removal rate, improve the reliability level of spare part, decrease the quantity of spare areoengine, and have an important significance to save the maintenance cost, improve profit and competence of airlines.Due to the engineering background, the scheduling system of aeroengine based on conditional maintenance is researched and developed in this paper. it can provide a visual and interactive fleet dynamic scheduling platform for engineer in charge of aeroengine. This paper first introduced strategy of condition based maintenance (CBM) and its technology foundation, proposed a theory frame of condition based maintenance binding scheduling. Then it introduced present methods and software of scheduling over domestic and overseas, proposed business process of fleet scheduling system under the maintenance theory based-condition, and established the evaluation index system of scheduling. Then it studded online scheduling algorithm using examples, the analysis showed that rule algorithms has important effect in the scheduling. Then it studded the method that determined the spare aeroengine quantity of fleet. At last it designed the engine scheduling system based B/S construction which according to the design requirements of about the fleet scheduling of the Shanghai airline.
