Research On The Testing Process Of Domestic Vehicle Measurement Based On Design Principle

Nowadays, domestic OEMs have made great progress in the design of cluster. However, basically, validation test flow is nothing since their professionalism, the awareness and concept are still limited to the traditional narrow angle of engineering. The paper designs design validation test flow for domestic OEMs, which based on the principles of the design (design thinking) and pluses foreign investment validation test flow with combining the features of the products of the domestic independent brand cluster, sums up self work experience in the field of cluster validation test.In this paper, the basic concept of design principle is expounded, and the important Design Thinking Process Model of design principles is presented, namely, the five stages of model of Empathize-Define-Ideate-Prototype-Test. Secondly, describe these five stages detailedly. And then, the first stage addressed Empathize - Current Status Analysis, which means to analyze status of design validation test of global OEMs, advantages and disadvantages of validation test process from foreign investement OEMs aiming at for the status of cluster, and the problems of validation process from domestic OEMs. The second stage, Define - Describe the seriousness of the problem. Also, the third stage, Ideate Brainstorming for scenarios. Again, the fourth stage, Prototype - design validation test flow of cluster from domestic OEMs by integrating the resource of foreign OEMs and deep diving the Design of Reliability and specific every single test. Finally, the fifth stage, Test - Verify the new process by example.
