With the development of high-speed railway technology,transportation efficiency has been greatly increased,and people travel more conveniently.However,while the speed of high-speed trains is greatly increased,there are higher requirements for the smoothness and comfort of the trains.The comfort of the passenger room is particularly important.The floor of the passenger room is directly in contact with the passenger.The performance of vibration and noise reduction of the floor will directly affect the comfort of the passenger.The parlor floor is essentially a composite multi-layer plate structure,in which the restrained damping layer structure can improve the vibration reduction performance of the structure through the high damping characteristics of viscoelastic materials.In order to study the dynamic characteristics of composite multi-layer slab structure,first of all,the dynamic model of the structure should be established to ensure that the accuracy of the model meets the requirements.Therefore,this paper confirms the model of composite multi-layer slab,and improves the vibration reduction performance of the structure through vibration isolation design.Based on the similar structure model of passenger compartment floor of high-speed train,through the study of laminated plate theory and restrained damping layer vibration reduction mechanism,starting with the finite element modeling method of composite multi-layer plate structure,by comparing five modeling schemes,a scheme with sufficient accuracy and reasonable calculation amount is selected,and the finite element model of the structure is established by this scheme.Based on the basic principle and method of response surface,the response surface model of composite multi-layer plate structure is established,and the accuracy of the model is tested.Based on the results of the modal test of the board layer,the quantitative analysis and forward and backward transfer of the uncertainty of the board parameters are realized.Based on the calibration test and confirmation test results of the composite multi-layer plate structure,the hierarchical validation of the model is completed.According to the theory of vibration isolation design,three different vibration isolation design schemes are compared,and the best one is selected.A test-bed is built,The model is confirmed by the test results.
