At present,safety China’s construction industry situation is grim.The unsafe behavior of the workers at the construction site is the direct cause to frequent occurrence of casualties in the construction work.It is urgent to strengthen the safety education and training of the construction workers in order to correct the unsafe behavior of the construction workers and to prevent and control the casualties,However,there are many drawbacks to the methods and methods of safety education and training of existing construction workers,which leads to poor application in practice.Therefore,the construction workers safety education and training model must be reform ed and innovated.In this paper,the formation mechanism and influencing factors of unsafe behavior of construction workers are expounded,and deeply analyzed the theoretical basis of the two methods,Behavior Based Safety(BBS),Experiential Behavior Safety(EBS)as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the practical construction project.Then,based on the theoretical basis and advantages of the two methods,the "BBS + EBS" combination construction worker safety education and training mode is constructed,and the pattern implementation process is designed to continue to play their respective advantages and made up their own deficiencies.The main implementation phase is designed as the pre-preparation phase-behavior observation stage-experiential behavior correction phase-the result feedback stage.Finally,the model is verified and evaluated by applying to actual construction project.After 14 weeks of observation,traditional behavior intervention,experiential behavior correction,observation feedback work,results show that the overall safety behavior index(SI)increased from 51 %% to 88%,the effect is very significant.Proving that the new model can effectively correct the unsafe behavior of workers,improve the safety of workers,improve the safety of construction enterprises environment.The training model of "BBS + EBS" combination construction workers in the paper created by the research institute can provide theoretical and practical guidance for safety production of construction enterprises,which has important popularization and application value. |
