Because of its simple structure, reliable performance, strong load capacity, higher power factor, the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor has been widely applied to various high precision servo control system. At the same time, with the rapid development of semiconductor technology, digitalization has become a major trend of the motor control system. Digital signal processor suitable for motor control because of its control flexible, high intelligent level, easy to modify parameters, easy to the characteristics of distributed control, has become a trend for AC servo system.Compared with the traditional PI control, the Port Controlled Hamiltonian system has advantages of high control precision, strongly controllability, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor speed control system based on Port Controlled Hamiltonian approach can not only improve the steady performance of the system, the control precision and response speed, but also can effectively restrain the load disturbance.This thesis is based on the theoretical of vector control and the Port Controlled Hamiltonian to research the mathematical model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, analyze the basic principle of Port Controlled Hamiltonian and discusses the feasibility of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor speed control system based on Port Controlled HamiltonianIn the actual design of the experimental platform, we introduce some main circuits of the control system, including the inverter circuit, detection circuit and the control circuit with TMS320F2812 as the core. In the software design of the system, we emphatically describe the process of the main program, the system's interrupt and the Port Controlled Hamiltonian algorithm. Finally, the overall process flow of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor based on vector control is given.Finally, we debug the control system, current, speed and torque output are detected. Thus, by compared with PI control method to analyze and evaluate the performance of the control system. After the actual debugging we may safely draw the conclusion that Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor speed control system based on Port Controlled Hamiltonian via DSP has a good speed response, high control precision, good stable operation and strong anti-interference ability, it can reach the expected project effect basically.
