| AC permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has the advantages of small inertia, small time constant, large torque, greater power per unit volume, and is very suitable for being implementation motor of AC servo control system. Therefore, the theoretical and applied research of PMSM servo control system has become the focus of AC servo control field. This paper investigates vector control, current closed-loop and speed closed-loop control of PMSM servo control system using TMS320F2812 DSP as the core controller,which is manufactured by TI corporation and special for motor control. The main research works are as follows:The mathematical model of PMSM in two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate system is presented based on Clark and Park transform. PMSM vector control technique is described, and then this paper gives profound analysis of the principle of the PMSM servo control system using specific vector control with id = 0and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technique, which applies current closed-loop control and speed closed-loop control. In addition, the principle and realization of SVPWM, rotor position and speed measurement using optical encoder is discussed.The simulation model of PMSM servo control system is established using Matlab/Simulink, to which SVPWM simulation module is critical. Simulation experiments are implemented, and the simulation waveforms of current, speed and torque of electromagnetic verify the correctness of the control system.The control system software module's data and functions are packaged reasonably using C structure data type. Then, PMSM servo control system's object-oriented software is realized based on TMS320F2812 DSP, which simplifies organization, debugging and expansion of the software, and offers a convenient software platform.PMSM servo control system software is debugged on the hardware platform, and related experiments are done. The results and problems are discussed and analyzed. All of these lay the necessary foundation for the follow-up study. |
