At present, the customization and constitute of the construction plans lack of dynamic management in our building project construction management.There is no time dimension for the allocation of project resources.Traditional construction management is often aim at the whole projects,the distribution of project cost and resource data will be separated from the task.The project cost based on the whole process of resource data collection,project managers can not calculate the project data in real time and fast.The progress of the actual value and the reference value of the continuous contrast encounter bottlenecks, resulting in the construction phase is difficult to dynamic and fine management.In the three-dimensional environment of BIM, the three-dimensional entity component is connected with the WBS task node through the programming development platform.Combine the resource configuration information in the BIM modeling software with the WBS task node in the project management software to form the time dimension of the construction plan.In the subsequent stage of construction, control and measurement each WBS task node data. In a reasonable time area, the cost data and resource data are stacked and calculated,in order to achieve the dynamic management of cost and resources.In the theoretical research, analysis the drawbacks of static management and put forward the demand for improvement plan.To establish the theory model of dynamic data relationship based on BIM technology, and analyze the working principle of the model.In the empirical research, through the programming code to call the different software platform API.To realize the correlation function of 3D entity component information and WBS task nodes, and the software function is demonstrated through the virtual case.BIM technology based on the dynamic construction scheme to prove that: the human, material, machine and other engineering resource information is related to each WBS task node.Control task node,the cost of the expenditure of resources and investment in real time and fast management, to reduce the project cost budget and ensure the supply of engineering resources.Reasonable and accurate calculation of the progress of the project, to reduce intermediate payment dispute and to achieve dynamic refinement of the construction stage of the management mechanism.
