With the rapid development of the modern industry, the air pollution and other environmental issues caused by the modern industry, has received more and more attention. Electrostatic precipitator is an important equipment to purify industrial exhaust gas and solve the problem of air pollution. The high-voltage power supply is necessary to provide the working voltage for electrostatic precipitator. Aiming at the problems of low-efficiency and large-volume of low-frequency high-voltage power supply for electrostatic precipitation, this paper designs a new kind of high-frequency power supply based on the science and technology support program of Jiangsu Province, and studies a kind of fuzzy predictive controller. Specific contents are as follow:Firstly, this paper analyzes the overall structure of the high-frequency power supply for electrostatic precipitator. The structure, calculation method of parameters and selection criteria for the hardware circuits, such as rectification, inverter, buffer and so on, are described in detail. The circuit design of the hardware circuit is given.The selection of high-frequency transformer, the design method of the high-voltage rectifying diode-stacks and series-parallel resonant circuit are described. The design scheme of the experiment with simulation load is introduced in this paper.Secondly, this paper analyzes the hardware circuit and software of the high frequency power supply control system. The hardware circuit includes: the main control circuit based on TMS320F2812(DSP), analog and digital signal processing circuit, drive circuit, and power circuit. The design and experimental output of hardware circuit of control system is given. The software system includes the lower-computer software and the iFIX monitoring system. The control strategy of the control system software is described. The flow chart of the control system is given.Finally, the design idea of the monitoring system of the iFIX upper-computer is introduced, and the user interface of the host computer is given.Thirdly, the research and simulation of the fuzzy predictive control of high frequency power supply for electrostatic precipitation is carried out. This paper analyses the power system with the fundamental analysis method, and gets the equivalent circuit and the specific parameters of the transfer function. A new fuzzy predictive controller based on the transfer function is designed. It can realize the control of high-frequency power supply. The results of simulation show that thealgorithm has good stability, strong adaptability and good control effect.Finally, cooperating with enterprises, the actual product of electrostatic precipitator power is produced. by testing the artificial load, we can get the waveforms of the related parameters, and prove the practicability of the high-frequency power supply.
