| At present, researchers all around the world are attracted by taking use of wind energy, the control technology of wind turbine generators is developing rapidly. pitch control technology has been used by most of large-scale wind turbine generators, especially the electric pitch control system which comes out by clearness in its structure, control and high precision. The function requirements of electric pitch servo control systerm and the controller are designed and researched in this paper.Fisrt of all in the dissertation,Wind turbine generators pitch control system is introduced.Based on the analysis of the structure of electric pitch control servo system, asynchronous motor is selected as an driven component of electric pitch control servo system and IPM(intelligent power module) is selected as a power devices of the servo drive inverter.Secondly, according to the functional requirements of pitch control,the control panel of electric pitch controller is designed.TMS320F2812 is used as core processor of controller,it main completes the control algorithms of position control, speed control,torque control and pitch control strategy.FPGA is used as coprocessor for complex logic control, all digital signal pre-processing. AD conversion control and so on.Using the FPGA to contribute the peripheral circuits of TMS320F2812,so the application of discrete components are reduced and the system reliability is improved.The collaborative Control of TMS320F2812 and FPGA completely meet system real and reliability requirements.ADS8365 is used as A/D,meet system precision requirement.The PCB diagram of control panel is finished based on EMC,and the PCB manufacturer is requested to produced a physical one,which facilitate the follow-up laboratory tests and further research applications.Using modular design idea, the system software design is carried out.The based DSP software design and based FPGA software design are given,then the two synergy and complementary so that they complete the function of pitch control together.Finally,the simulation and testing of pitch control which is designed in this dissertation is carried out.Variable Propeller controller can through CAN bus to communicate with PC, receive PC relevant directives, finish Variable Propeller function,and feedback the real time status information to PC.The test result shows that the pitch controller has good performance, function and high accuracy and reliability. |
