The development of public art is a manifestation of human civilization. The public art with its "public" of outstanding characteristics deeply impact on the development of the city. The significant performance characteristics of its precisely to promote human communication to build the "interactive" platform that accomplish social issues, in order to complete the establishment of a social interaction "order". Commercial architecture in its development process, due to changes in consumption patterns as well as commercial buildings in the rapid development that lead to the "public" is missing. How to improve the advertising effects, how to attract customers and how to have a stronger profile of the urban space, they will become a problem faced by modern commercial buildings. According to two cases of" Galleria Center City" and "wrapped Reichstag" that sort out the "public art", "new media" and "interaction" three important clues. And each clue along the trajectory of their own professional to develop, meanwhile they produce a lot of the in tersection, and this intersection in the face of commercial architecture "public" issues that constitute a new commercial architecture development model. In the perspective of public art to see commercial architecture that become a unique in this article.Modern Art has already stepped down. Nowadays, artists strive to dissolve boundaries of art and life to into people's daily lives. In the concept of public art is not only the impact of commercial buildings constructed visual aesthetic, but also build a new relationship between people, people and the environment. And this relationship constructe d by "interactive" behavior to improve communication and strengthen the "public".Public Art in the performance of commercial architecture, depending on diversity of artistic expression to construct visual presentation, thereby to satisfy various space and audience and create a multi-sensory experience. Meanwhile, the new media have visual plasticity and novelty is the traditional media can not match. On the one hand, owing to the development of new materials and new ideas for commercial architectures that gives more development possiblealso with multi-level, multi-dimensional and multi-form complex dynamic openness. On the other hand, commercial architecture will have stronger media attributes and communication ability. Thereby constantly improve the public of commercial architecture. Ultimately, the "Public art of visual presentation+Public art of interactive space+Architectural entity and Space" present the design principles of public art and commercial architecture integration. And "Information screen +Information space+Architecture entity and Space" present the design principles of information communication and commercial architecture. Thus, for the public art and commercial architecture integration to create a more interactive expression and experience of commercial space, remodeling the public of commercial architecture.
