With the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement ofscience, for different functional children electric car with different postures andmanners, it gradually enter a new era. Having lots of kinds, various function anddifferent lovely shape, children electric car is favored by consumers. Nowadays,children electric car requires more in human nature. some kind of advanced childrenelectric car popularized with multi-functions such as interactivity,fitness, security.In the paper, by analyzing the current situation of children electric car both athome and abroad, the trend of the children electric car is explored. First, the papergives a brief for the ergonomics, from the different aspects contained in ergonomics,the analysis consists of the ergonomics principles used in the children electric cardesign, and the psychological and physiological characteristics if different stages,making the children’s own characteristics and the consumer psychology of theparents when they purchase the children electric car as the starting point, study theergonomics methods of the children electric car design. based on the market researchand consumer research, by analyzing the advantages and the disadvantages of theexisting children electric car product, and combining the relative knowledge ofergonomics, we conceive and determine the program,also, we finish the detaileddesign from the aspects such as human nature and molding material and color design,and conduct the design practice of children electric car based on the ergonomics.
