At present,there are some problems ubiquity China's mines,such as harsh underground mine working environment,lower mechanization degree and poor safety performance of mechanical equipment,etc.With the progress and development of mining machinery industry,the humanization designed products has gradually become a new trend in the development of mining machinery equipment.As important traffic tool to connect the two middle section in the underground mine,the patio ladder is one of the indispensable mine machinery equipment in the process of mine development,and its using process is a typical Man-machine interaction,has higher demand for humanized design of interactive interface.So study and design the ergonomics the patio ladder to effectively improve the efficacy,safety and comfort,which has certain guiding significance on the development of the whole mining machinery and equipment industry.Through field investigation,mechanicalanalysis,computer simulation,et.al,the ergonomics design and research of patio ladder was carried out in this paper,the research results achieved in the following aspects:Firstly,the defests of patio ladder exsitting analyzed and summarized,through sorting patio ladder relevant reference and combing with practical information of engineering data;from the ergonomic point,the basic principles and content of patio ladder ergonomic design was proposed.Secondly,based on ergonomic principles,combined with the relevant national standards,and aimed at the patio ladder design flaws,it respectively designs the patio ladder in five aspects such as the patio ladder size,platform rest,shape and size of the pedal,armrest and the anti slip strip,support connection component.Thirdly,according to the relevant provisions of the patio ladder design,the main stress components of the patio ladder which based on the ergonomics design were mechanical analysed and calculated,the checking results meet the mechanical requirement,and some suggestions for safety management of the patio ladder was proposed.Finally,to construct the 3D visualization model of the patio ladder based on ergonomics design by using Rhino software.
