An Empirical Study Of The Quality Of Profits And The Ability To Sustain Growth

The people's living standards improved faster,the government and society by the heavy pressure on the environment is more and more,more and more attention to the problem of environmental pollution,people finally realize environmental protection and development are not contradictory.In recent years,the development and construction of the central idea of five ecological civilization under the guidance of great changes of environment protection system Chinese,change the whole environmental industry is intense,the rapid development of the past thirty years,far more than the sum of the.Most business leaders define sales as the key point in the development of the enterprise.They believe that only the maximum sales volume can keep the market competitive power and make the enterprises occupy a place in the market competition.They believe that maximizing sales can guarantee an increase in profits,but in fact,the increase in the sustainability of profits is more of the core competitiveness of enterprises rather than the increase in profits.In fact,the enterprise wants to have a more solid economic foundation,they should pay attention to their own growth,maintain its growth degree and can withstand growth consistent with not only the pursuit of profit increase,hold a sustainable growth rate.Vigorously support the new industries as energy saving and environmental protection industries in the industry still needs to overcome many problems in the operation of the project,through the establishment of model of careful analysis,found the key and solve them,conducive to the development of China's environmental protection industry.In this paper,from the financial perspective,the empirical analysis of the impact of the quality of energy conservation and environmental protection listed companies on the ability of sustainable growth.Firstly,this paper expounds the theory of profit quality and sustainable growth ability,and reviews the research literature at home and abroad.On the basis of the empirical study,the paper takes 118 listed companies of Listed Companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as the sample companies,and selects the indexes of the 5 profit quality structure,and quantify with 6 Financial indicators.Are all the assets in the cash recovery rate,the growth rate of main business income,asset liability ratio,core profit obtaining cash ratio,rate of return on total assets,investment income accounted for as independent variables,the six indicators and the sustainable growth ability to represent the SGR empirical analysis.Through regression,we find that profits,liquidity,profits,growth,profits,sustainability,profits,contingencies are positively related to sustainable growth capability,and the risk of profit is negatively related to sustainable growth ability.According to the results of the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward five suggestions to optimize the sustainable growth of energy conservation and environmental protection enterprises.First,strengthen financial management,improve the realization of profit;second,pay attention to product cycle,strengthen technology introduction,grasp the profit growth;third,pay attention to debt financing situation,profit control risk;fourth,pay attention to enterprise asset management,the development of the core strengths,strengthen profit sustainability;fifth,understand the new situation,grasp the profit accidental.
