The measurement of thermal and moisture comfort is an important way to characterize the fabric and clothing comfort,which can make the wearer more comfortable.The fabric and clothing thermal comfort measuring instrument is not realized at the same time temperature and humidity and wind speed to adjust the measurement in a wide range of high precision,so the performance index for temperature and humidity and wind speed on the basis of the design and development of thermal comfort measurement requirements of small artificial climate chamber the.This paper introduces the research background and current situation of domestic and foreign heat resistance and moisture resistance measurement instrument,overall heat resistance and moisture resistance measurement instrument development is not perfect,complete testing instrument can only separate thermal resistance or moisture resistance test,a test instrument can complete the thermal and moisture resistance testing at the same time,the development of thermal wet comfort test instrument the trend is to use the manikin test.The performance index with thermal resistance measurement instrument development needs to the small artificial climate chamber on the measuring instrument:temperature of-40 to 60℃,the’ accuracy of 10.5 ℃,resolution 0.01 ℃ humidity at 20~98%RH,the accuracy of ± 1%RH,a resolution of 0.01%RH;the wind speed is 0~11 m/s,the accuracy of ±0.5 m/s.The range resolution of 0.01m/s can be adjusted.Solid Works 2012 3D design software for mechanical structure design for the small artificial climate chamber based on the air outlet and the test chamber using ANSYS Fluent 15 fluid simulation,optimization of the mechanical structure of the air flow is more uniform indoor climate.The control system software programming interface using C++ MFC on VS 2013 platform,realize the acquisition of temperature,humidity and wind speed data,complete and accurate control of temperature,humidity and wind speed based on PID algorithm,the fluctuation of data display in the form of dynamic curve and numerical experimental results,more selective in order to save a data form or report form.Based on the artificial climate chamber,the temperature,humidity and wind speed control experiments were carried out.The measurement accuracy,stability,reliability and other key performance indicators are verified.The data acquisition and processing are realized in the experiment.It can meet the requirements of the design of the instrument,and can be applied to the thermal and moisture comfort of fabrics and garments. |
