The knitting vamp fabrics not only has the characteristic of the soft,comfortable and low carbon environment;but also has the advantages of good formability,functional zoning and three-dimensional structure.At present,the knitting vamp material not only conforms to the conventional performance:wear-resisting,bursting,breathable,lightweight,comfortable and soft,more and more fabrics towards the moisture absorption perspiration,anti-bacterial and odor-proofing.So in this paper,we use moisture absorption and sweat volatility polyester to replace the ordinary polyester to improve the thermal comfort of the sports shoes.In order to study the thermal-wet comfort influence of different raw materials and organization,the experiment set up three factors: raw materials,organization,and the positive face and the negative face of the fabric.There are three levels for the raw material factors:31.1tex ordinary polyester/33.3tex spandex fasciated yarn;15.55 tex ordinary polyester/15.55 tex moisture absorption and sweat volatility polyester/33.3tex spandex fasciated yarn;31.1tex moisture absorption and sweat volatility polyester/33.3tex spandex fasciated yarn.There are three levels for organization:double-sided jacquard organization;single-sided mesh organization;double-sided organization.There are two levels for the face of the weave:the positive face and the negative face.Then we weave 8 pieces of knitted fabrics on flat knitting machine according to the experiment scheme,and analyze the sample data,select the best one.Then we test the thermal-wet comfort performance of these fiber,including thermal performance,moisture permeability,air permeability and high absorption test.The test results show that when the yarn is 31.1tex moisture absorption and sweat volatility polyester /33.3tex spandex fasciated yarn and the organizations is double-sided jacquard weave,the warmth retention property of the fiber is the best;When the yarn is 31.1tex moisture absorption and sweat volatility polyester /33.3tex spandex fasciated yarn and theorganizations is double-sided mesh weave,the air permeability,moisture permeability and height absorption test of the fiber is the best.The thermal-wet comfort performance is an important aspect for the footwear.The feet,shoes,and the outside environment combine a heat transfer system.In this article,foot simulated model is used to test the thermal resistance and the moisture resistance.After testing the result of the thermal resistance and moisture resistance of these 8 pieces of shoes,the experimental results showed that among 4 piece of double-sided jacquard fabric,the result of the thermal resistance and moisture resistance changes according to the type and content of polyester fiber.Among 4 piece of mesh fabric,the result of the thermal resistance and moisture resistance changes according to the size of the mesh and the type of the polyester fiber.The final experimental results showed that when the organization is double-sided jacquard organization,and the fiber is 31.1tex moisture absorption and sweat volatility polyester /33.3tex spandex fasciated yarn the value of the thermal resistance and moisture resistance is the lowest;When the organization is double-sided mesh organization,and the fiber is 31.1tex moisture absorption and sweat volatility polyester /33.3tex spandex fasciated yarn,the value of the thermal resistance and moisture resistance of shoes is the lowest.At the same time,among the six parts of the athletic shoes,the thermal resistance and moisture resistance of the toe front,foot outside and insole are higher,the thermal resistance and moisture resistance of the ankle,heel and toe front are lower.Finally,according to the result of the experiment and the analysis of the human foot,it is decided that the shoes are divided into three different areas,double-sided jacquard weave are used as the basic organization of knitting fabric,mesh weave is used to expel the heat and water vapor,at the same time,rib weave is used as the the shoes throat.After weaving a pair of knitting vamp at the Stoll knitting machine,we paste a shoe sole on it at last.
