The study of the comfort of textile has important practical significance,in which the heat and moisture comfort is an important index to study the heat and moisture exchange between the human body and the environment,and it is the key study of comfort.In recent years,more and more scholars have devoted themselves to the research of thermal and moisture comfort test devices,which can better characterize the thermal and moisture comfort performance of fabrics,and provide guidance for people to wear clothing.From the original single-index test device to multi-index comprehensive test device,the national researchers have achieved more results.This thesis is mainly on the basis of previous studies,the small artificial climate chamber and the thermal and moisture comfort testing devices are combined to measure the thermal and moisture comfort properties of fabrics and garment at the same time.In this paper we first designed the small artificial climate chamber which can meet the requirements,mainly including environmental chamber,heating system,humidification system,cooling system,dehumidification system and wind circulation system,the design of the environmental chamber is mainly through the simulation software,establish environmental chamber and bust dummy model,through the analysis of the three factors and three levels orthogonal analysis table and the CV%value of wind speed change to obtain the best environmental chamber size is 1 x 1 x 1.2 m,through the optimization of environment chamber outlet structure and design of each system,the overall size of the small artificial climate chamber is obtained.The testing device part is mainly divided into a testing device for the fabric and a testing device for the garment,wherein the testing device of the fabric comprises a metal plate,a conductive metal component with a hot plate,a thermal guard ring and a bottom plate,and a conductive metal component containing a metal plate need to supply quantitative water back to the shape of the water tank,this thesis used the principle of overflow water supply to ensure the constant level;the testing device for the garment adopted the subsection measurement,which divided the upper body,the lower body,the head,the hand,and the foot,including the parts of the dummy body and the sweating skin which they fit to,it adopted the principle of"Walter" dummy for measurement.Taking the upper body as an example,the method of calculating the surface area of dummy is introduced,and the method to determine the surface temperature of dummy is presented.The software system of the testing device mainly introduces the principle of the test,the measurement algorithm adopted by the two test devices,the flow chart of the test and the processing of some data in the testing process.Each test can choose various testing standards,and satisfies the requirement of various tests.After finishing the whole design,processing and assembly of the instrument,the sensors and some instrument parameters are calibrated.The thermal resistance and humidity resistance of the fabrics are tested simply.By comparing with the testing results of other devices,the design of the instrument is still need to improved continuously,so that the later test can be more accurate. |
