Zhu De's Thought On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization

Since China is global largest developing country,its rapid development of social economy warns natural world where people live in;meanwhile,the increasingly aggravated environmental pollution has become the mainstream problem in current society.The severe ecological pollution triggers immeasurable harm to human body and mind.Statistics shows that,most areas in China suffered from the influence of "haze",which turns into the focus of public attention.Besides,the lung diseases derived from it also present tendency of increase with threatening human healthy development.Under such background,how to efficiently improve bad ecological environmental status and achieve harmonious development between ecological and economic constructions is the topic that China strives to research;ecological civilization construction also becomes one of the important issues in our Party and government.The report of 18th National Congress specially highlights ecological civilization construction,which aims to construct the layout integrating "economy,politics,culture and society" with Chinese characteristics.The 2016 government work report incorporates"acceleration of improving ecological environment" into the important target of "13th Five-year Plan";that is to say,developing green living and producing style,and constructing beautiful China enjoying blue sky,green land and clean water are the objective of our struggle.Although Zhu De failed to define the concept of "ecological civilization construction",he always pays attention to the issues about ecological civilization construction,and puts forward a series of measures of ecological civilization construction in accordance with China's national situation.Zhu De's ideological contents are shown in the speech,report,letter and remark formed when surveying and inspecting many areas in China.Particularly that,Zhu De's development target of integrating ecological civilization construction into economic construction has become the "model" of Chinese ecological development in new era,which also plays instructive role in ecological civilization construction.Guided by Marxism,this paper comprehensively analyzes the generation and content of Zhu De's thought of ecological civilization construction;on this basis,it explores the enlightenments to contemporary society in three parts:The first part is about the generation of Zhu De's thought of ecological civilization construction.It mainly elaborates from perspectives of theoretical origin,historical background and formation process of Zhu De's thought of ecological civilization construction;meanwhile,it explicitly sorts out the background.The second part narrates the content of Zhu De's thought of ecological civilization construction.It discusses the aspects covered by Zhu De's thought of ecological civilization construction;specifically analyzes the contents of Zhu De's thought of ecological thought and their correlations so as to make it into a systematic system.The third part introduces contemporary enlightenments of Zhu Dc's thought of ecological civilization construction.Based on the researches in first and second parts,it emphatically analyzes the enlightenments of Zhu De's thought of ecological civilization construction to the theory as well as practice of contemporary ecological civilization construction.
