Determination Of The Saturated Saturation Value Of Cationic Dyeable Modified Polyester

In this paper,according to the standard FZ/T50019-2013 cationic dyeable modified polyester dyeing saturation value test methods,the performance of cationic dyeable polyester(CDP)and easy cationic dyeable polyester(ECDP)staple fibers was characterized and compared by testing fiber dyeing saturation value.Not only the characterization and dyeing saturation test of cationic dye dyeable polyester were regulated,but also some aspects like quality monitoring,product sales,and processing application were given to a certain guiding significance to the cationic dye dyeable polyester production.The results showed that the use of methylene blue and malachite green measured saturation value basically meet the linear correspondence with the scale factor of 5/4,Taking The methylene blue less toxic,stable,easy to purchase,commonly seeing into consideration,it was recommended to choose methylene blue dye as an experimental dyeing;to select CDP dye concentration of 1%,2%,3%,4%,5%,it is more appropriate to select ECDP dye with the concentration of 5%,6%,7%,8%,9%;compared with the CDP staple fibers,the dyeing saturation value of ECDP was much larger,indicating better dyeing properties;cationic dyeable modified polyester produced by different manufacturers having different dyeing saturation value Sf.A number of enterprises of cationic dyes can be modified polyester has been collected,Respectively,for different raw materials,dyeing rate,dye,dyeing time,temperature and other conditions under the conditions of fiber dyeing saturation determination,The effects of dyeing factors on the saturation of polyester dyestuffs were discussed,And established the dyeing and holding time of 120min,Cationic dye can be modified polyester(CDP)fiber dyeing process for 260min.Cationic dye can be modified polyester(CDP)fiber dyeing temperature 125?.In addition to that,with the acidity of the dye bath is changed,The pH of the dye bath was determined to be 4.5 to 4.8.Cationic dye can be modified polyester(ECDP)fiber dyeing process for 200min,Cationic dye dyeable polyester(ECDP)fiber dyeing temperature of 100 ?.
