This paper takes polyester(PET fibers)(DTY,FDY)as the main research object, and studies the effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, time, temperature, and accelerator concentration on the reduction rate of PET fibers.By measuring the PET fibers before and after alkali reduction, get the relationship between the deweighting rate and antimony precipitation amount. In the process of high temperature and high pressure dyeing, the heat setting of PET fibers before dyeing and the effect of cotton content in polyester-cotton fabrics on the precipitation of antimony. At the same time, study on the adsorption of antimony by macroporous resin in antimony-containing dyeing solution.Single factor test and orthogonal test show that as the fineness of DTY fibers increases, the effect of sodium hydroxide concentration on the reduction rate is gradually smaller than the effect of temperature on the reduction rate. The effect of alkali treatment temperature on the reduction rate of FDY fibers. The effect is always greater than the effect of alkali concentration on the weight loss rate, and the significant order of the impact on the PET fibers weight loss rate is: alkali treatment temperature> sodium hydroxide concentration> alkali treatment time> accelerator concentration. In actual production, the polyester weight loss rate is generally 10-20%,so about 15mg-35 mg antimony is precipitated per gram fiber in the alkali reduction process, under the same experimental conditions, the smaller the fibers fineness, the higher the reduction rate, and the higher the reduction rate of FDY fibers than DTY fibers. The precipitation of antimony in DTY and FDY fibers has a linear relationshipwith the reduction rate, the precipitation of DTY fibers antimony is directly inversely proportional to the fineness, and the precipitation of antimony in FDY fibers has a proportional reduction with the reduction rate.As the heat setting time is extended and the temperature is increased, the orientation of the PET fibers is gradually increased, and the fibers orientation is gradually increased at 190°C and 90s;as the heat setting time is extended and the temperature is increased, the PET fibers is dyeing The precipitation of antimony gradually increased at the stage, and the antimony precipitation rate accelerated at 120°C during the heating stage. The antimony content in the dyeing solution reached the highest at 120°C during the cooling stage, and remained basically unchanged after 80°C.At a temperature of 30°C,p H= 6,and time of 90 min,the macroporous resin adsorbed of dyeing waste liquid(without dye)with a concentration of 0.5 mg/L antimony in a volume of 100 m L,and the adsorption rate reached 95.44%.the adsorption capacity of macroporous resin to antimony was 8ug/g.
