Research On Environmental Protection Legal Issues Of Shale Gas Exploration And Development In China

With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,environmental problems have become the focus of people's attention.In recent years,the exploration and development of shale gas resources have become a craze,because the resource is a clean and efficient energy,large-scale development and utilization of the status quo will greatly improve China's dependence on imported oil it.Data on the current data show that China's shale gas reserves are abundant,the resources in Sichuan,Chongqing and other places to carry out exploration and development activities have made great progress,the state attaches great importance to.However,the exploration and development of shale gas will inevitably bring about a number of environmental risks,how to reduce or even avoid the harm to the environment in the process of shale gas exploration and development,is now an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the previous research,the existing law facing China's shale gas exploration and development of environmental protection problem to be analyzed,through the reference of foreign advanced experience has been applied,put forward to perfect China's shale gas exploration and development of environmental protection legal advice.This thesis is divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad.The text is a total of four chapters,the first chapter is an overview of China's shale gas exploration and development of environmental problems,this paper introduces the current status and distribution of shale gas exploration and development situation,and environmental problems in the course of exploration and exploitation are analyzed.In the second chapter,the author introduces the present situation of the legal system of environmental protection of shale gas exploration and development in China,and points out the problems existing in the legal system.The third chapter describes the United States,Canada and the United Kingdom unconventional oil and gas(shale gas)exploration and development of the legal system of environmental protection,and analysis,summed up the experience for our reference.The fourth chapter from the development of shale gas industry,special legal construction of shale gas exploration and development of environmental impact assessment system,improve the gas shale exploration development of environmental protection supervision system of these three aspects,put forward to solve China's shale gas exploration and development of legal issues of environmental protection suggestions.
